ArchSpin accounts and their data can be deleted at any time, permanently.

Fastest: in the app

Lobby → tap the person icon (top-left) → Delete account → confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app installed

Email admin@fanglab.io from the Google account linked to your profile (or include your player name for guest accounts) with the subject “ArchSpin account deletion request”. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, avatar, level, XP)
• Your coin balance and piggy bank
• Your full play history and bonus claims
• Your sign-in record (Google link or guest identity)

What is retained

Purchase and refund audit records are retained as required for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention. They are no longer connected to a playable account. Coins are virtual items with no monetary value; deleting an account forfeits them without compensation.
