Born Lucky accounts and their data can be deleted at any time, permanently.

Fastest: in the app

The life hub → the account icon (top right, beside the family book) → Delete account → confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app installed

Email [email protected] from the Google or Apple account linked to your profile (or include your character’s first and family name for guest accounts) with the subject “Born Lucky account deletion request”. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (face, level, XP)
• Your coin balance and the family vault
• Every life you played, the family book and its records
• Your full play history
• Your sign-in record (Google or Apple link, or guest identity)

What is retained

Purchase and refund audit records are retained as required for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention. They are no longer connected to a playable account. Coins are virtual items with no monetary value; deleting an account forfeits them without compensation.
