ARCHSPIN — PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This policy explains what data the ArchSpin game (“the Game”), developed by FANGLAB PTE. LTD. (“FangLab”, “we”, “us”), collects, why, and what your choices are. We keep it deliberately plain: we collect what the Game needs to run and nothing we can avoid. We never sell your data. The Game shows no advertisements.
1. What we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| An anonymous player identifier | Created automatically on first launch | To operate your account — balance, level, progress |
| Google account email and name, or Apple ID email and name (iOS) | Only if you choose “Save progress with Google” or “Sign in with Apple” | To let you keep your profile across devices. Apple’s Hide My Email is honoured |
| Your nickname and chosen avatar | When you set them | Shown to other players at poker tables, on the weekly leaderboard and on the big-wins feed. There is no chat; poker emotes are a fixed set |
| Gameplay records (bets, outcomes, bonuses, coin balance changes) | While you play | To run a fair, server-decided game and to detect abuse — every coin movement is logged to protect your balance |
| Purchase records (product, time, order state — never card details) | When you buy coins | To deliver purchases, handle refunds and keep required financial records. Payment itself is handled by Google Play or the App Store. Purchase events also feed the campaign measurement below |
| Usage events (for example a first spin, a level reached, the store opened, a poker seat taken) | While you play | Usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) and measuring which of our own advertisements brought you to the Game (Tenjin, with the advertising network AppLovin) |
| Device identifiers: a Firebase installation identifier, the Android advertising ID, and a push-notification token | The installation identifier always; the advertising ID on Android; the push token only if you turn reminders on | Operating the Game and your reminders; campaign measurement on Android (the advertising ID goes to Tenjin and AppLovin). On iOS the Game does not use the advertising identifier and never asks to track you |
| An approximate region derived from your IP address (country level) | When the Game contacts our servers and analytics | Usage statistics by market |
We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or anything from outside the Game. The approximate region above comes from your IP address the way any website sees it — we never access your device’s location.
2. Who processes it
The Game runs on established platforms that process data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (authentication, database, game servers) — game data is stored on Google Cloud servers in the United States (Firebase privacy);
- Google Play and the Apple App Store (payments and app distribution);
- RevenueCat (purchase state management — privacy);
- Tenjin (attribution and usage analytics: which of our own advertisements brought you to the Game — privacy);
- AppLovin (the advertising network where we place those advertisements; it receives install and purchase events to measure our campaigns — privacy).
Beyond these, we share data with no one, unless the law requires it.
3. How long we keep it
Account and gameplay data are kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, they are permanently deleted. Purchase and refund audit records are retained afterwards only as required for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention, disconnected from any playable account.
4. Your choices and rights
- Delete everything: in-app (Account → Delete account) or via our deletion page — no app required.
- Start fresh: sign out in-app at any time to play on a new guest profile; a Google-linked profile stays saved for whenever you sign back in.
- Reminders: push notifications stay off until you turn them on; switch them off any time in Account → Reminders or in your phone’s settings.
- Advertising ID: on Android you can reset or delete your device’s advertising ID in system settings; the Game shows no advertisements and uses the ID only to measure our own campaigns.
- Depending on where you live (including under the Australian Privacy Principles and the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data — contact us and we will honour them.
5. Children
The Game is rated for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Game outcomes and balances live only on our servers — the app cannot change them — and every balance movement is written to an append-only audit log.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will signpost it in the Game or on this page before the change takes effect.
