ARCHSPIN — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and FANGLAB PTE. LTD. (“FangLab”, “we”, “us”), the Singapore-incorporated developer of the ArchSpin mobile game (“the Game”). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not play.

The short version: ArchSpin is a social casino game for adults. Coins are play money — they are never real money, can never be cashed out, and buying them buys entertainment, not value. Play fair, and we’ll run a fair game: every outcome is decided by our servers using audited odds, never by your device.

1. Who may play

The Game is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to play. The Game is for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or real-world prizes, and practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

2. Virtual coins are not money

The Game uses virtual coins and other virtual items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items:

  • have no monetary value and are not your property — you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them inside the Game;
  • can never be redeemed, exchanged, sold, or cashed out for real money, goods, or anything of value outside the Game;
  • cannot be transferred between accounts or players;
  • are forfeited without compensation when your account is deleted or terminated, or if the Game is discontinued.

3. Purchases

You can play free every day. Optional coin purchases are processed by Google Play under Google’s payment terms; we never see your payment details. Virtual Items are delivered to your account immediately and are consumed by play. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final; refunds are handled through Google Play’s refund process. Purchased and free coins are identical in play. Promotional offers (for example a first-purchase bonus) can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Fair play and fair game

Every game outcome — every spin, deal, and draw — is determined by our servers using random number generation within each game’s published rules and paytables, which you can view in the Game. Your device never decides an outcome. In return, you agree not to:

  • use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits, or tamper with the Game’s client or traffic;
  • abuse bugs (report them instead — honest reports are appreciated);
  • buy, sell, share, or transfer accounts or Virtual Items;
  • use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

We may correct balances affected by error or abuse, and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Your account

You can play as a guest (your profile is tied to your device) or link a Google account to keep your profile across devices. You are responsible for your device and sign-in credentials. One account per person. You can unlink, sign out, or permanently delete your account at any time from the in-app Account menu; deletion is described on our account deletion page.

6. Changes to the Game

The Game is a live service. We may add, change, rebalance, or remove features, games, prices, bonuses, and Virtual Item economies, and may update these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be signposted in the Game or on this page; continuing to play after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time.

7. Our content

The Game, including its code, art, names, and sounds, belongs to FangLab or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game for entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Game except where the law permits.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FangLab’s total liability for any claims relating to the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) AUD $50. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

9. Responsible play

ArchSpin is designed for entertainment in sensible sessions. If play stops being fun, take a break. If you are concerned about gambling-related harm, support is available — in Australia, Gambling Help Online (gamblinghelponline.org.au, 1800 858 858).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where FANGLAB PTE. LTD. is incorporated, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies instead.
